01 CARTIER
Santos de Cartier
Designed in 1904 for a pilot who needed to read the time without letting go of the controls. The screws on the bezel were never decorative.
02 NIvada Grenchen
F77 Automatic
A limited run in titanium from Grenchen. Lighter than it looks, quieter than it should be.
03 ROLEX
Explorer II
Built in 1971 for cave explorers who lost track of day and night. The fixed bezel and 24-hour hand solved a real problem — and never stopped.
Light reveals what the eye usually skips. My job is to find those details and make them impossible to ignore .

The Khaki Field King doesn’t ask for attention. It’s a field watch. That’s the whole point. The weight is right, the dial reads fast, and the seconds hand doesn’t perform. You notice all of this slowly, which is also the point

VIENNA - STUDIO GLASDACH
I'm Bogdan — the photographer behind The Timeless Chronicler. I started shooting professionally in 2023. In 2024 that decision became Studio Glasdach — a permanent space in Vienna built for work that needs to be done right, every time.
I work with watches primarily. Not because it was the obvious choice, but because they are the most demanding objects to photograph. Getting a watch right teaches you everything about getting any object right.
The work is for brands that build with intention. If what you make is designed to be forgotten in six months, I am not the right photographer. If it is designed to last, we should talk.
